Architectural Design
When the client has raised enough resources, they come back to Impact Studio and the project moves to the next step which is design development.
The architect will prepare the scheme drawings from the previously done preliminary drawings and upon approval from the client, the working drawings are prepared which are then shared with other relevant consultants.
This phase is complete when all the necessary statutory approvals are acquired and the final working and detailed drawings from the consultants including the bill of quantities from the quantity surveyor are ready and shared with the client.
